Indian Railways to improve IRCTC food services; just see what it turned to for solution
Railway Minister Piyush Goyal has recently emphasized upon using the latest technique to transform the face of Indian Railways. A senior railway official reportedly stated that Obots will be used to track any peculiarity in the catering operations, and added that if a chef is not wearing the proper uniform, the system will track that and notify it to the server. The information will send the report to the mobile of the concerned contractor immediately and if the issue is not addressed within 15 minutes, it will be reported to IRCTC authorities concerned, the official said.
