Indian Railways' new decision to change your toilet experience at stations: WhatsApp your complaints on these numbers

After fitting most of the Indian Railways train coaches with bio-toilets to get rid of the 'world's largest open toilet' tag, the national transporter has now turned its focus on stinking toilets at railway stations. Most of us will agree that we rarely get a clean toilet at railway stations. The toilets at the station and railway premises are often poorly maintained and sometimes it's even difficult to use.
However, Indian Railways now wants to change your experience. From October 2, which is Gandhi Jayanti, if you come across stinking and poorly maintained toilets at railway stations, you can directly bring it to the notice of railways authorities. All you will have to do is to report it on either railways social media handles like Twitter or Facebook, or you can send a WhatsApp message on given numbers.
For example, the WhatsApp number for the Western Railway is 9004499773, while it is 9987645307 for Central Railway.
