Indian markets open on a highnote on Wednesday; Sensex up 74 points in early trade

The 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex) on Wednesday opened on a positive note during the morning session of the trade.
The Sensex of the BSE after opening at 31,785.24 points and touched a high of 31,797.46 points and a low of 31,618.78 points.
On Tuesday the Sensex closed at 31599.76 points.
The Sensex is trading at 31,674.30 points up by 74.54 points or 0.24%.
On the other hand, the broader 51-scrip Nifty at National Stock Exchange (NSE) opened at 9,920.60 points after closing at 9,871.50 points.
The Nifty is trading at 9,880.35 points in the morning.
