Indian Army Recruitment 2019: According to the notification, recruitment rallies are planned to be conducted at Ambala, Lucknow, Jabalpur, Bangalore and Shillong. Candidates will be allotted venue based on their home districts.
Indian Army Recruitment 2019: Indian Army has invited online applications from eligible female candidates for recruitment of 100 Soldier General Duty (Women Military Police) in Indian Army. Since online registration is mandatory, candidates must go through details related to recruitment qualification, eligibility conditions, and other rules at Indian Army's official website--www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Applicants need to complete their registration process from April 25 to June 8, 2019.
According to the notification, "recruitment rallies are planned to be conducted at Ambala, Lucknow, Jabalpur, Bangalore and Shillong. Candidates will be allotted venue based on their home districts. Final location and date of the recruitment rally will be given on the admit card. Venues listed above may undergo a change." It further said that admit Cards for the rally will be sent through registered e-mail. candidates should reach the venue on given date and time as mentioned in the Admit Card.
Eligibility Criteria: Applicants need to have minimum education qualification of Matric / 10th / SSLC or equivalent with 45% marks in aggregate and minimum 33% marks in each subject studied at Matric /10th/SSLC level without mentioning any specific subjects.
Age Limit: Candidates should be in the age group of 17 to 21 years (01 Oct 1998 to 01 April 2002)
Physical Standard: Candidates need to undergo Physical Fitness Test including: (a) 1.6 Km running within 7 Min 30 Sec.; (b) Long Jump of 10 Feet; (c) High Jump 3 Feet.
Their minimum height should be 142 cms, weight should in proportion to height and age. Candidates need not pay any application fee.
Candidates need to appear for a Written Test organised through Common Entrance Examination (CEE). Further details are given below:
1. Written Test will be conducted for medically fit candidates at nominated venue. Location, Date and time of written test will be intimated at rally site and through Admit Cards.
2. Admit card for the CEE for the Review Fit cases will be issued after declaring medically fit by concerned specialists at Military Hospital/Base Hospital/ Command Hospitals.
3. Negative marking would be applicable in CEE.
4. Result of written examination will be declared on the official website- joinindianarmy.nic.in. No separate letter will be sent to the candidate, and it is the responsibility of the candidate to check his result and report to ARO for documentation.
Notably, once the registration of candidates is over, a cut off list will be generated and admit cards will be issued only to a limited number of candidates proportionate to the vacancies required to be filled. Cut off merit list will be decided based on first the aggregate marks in 10th class and thereafter if there are more candidates with the same marks, then candidates of higher age will be preferred.

Candidate must be unmarried female and a citizen of India. Unmarried Certificate for candidates with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within last six months, said the notification.
