In an attempt to ease commute of Mumbai citizens, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday inaugurated Phase-III of Mumbai Urban Transport Project (MUTP).
The MUTP Phase-III projects will play an important role in the Maharashtra government's mission to make integrated transport possible for Mumbaikars, chief minister Devendra Fadnavis tweeted on Saturday.
"This is how MUTP-3 project will play an important role in our mission to make integrated transport possible for Mumbaikars," Fadnavis said on Twitter.

The two metro projects are DN Nagar to Mankhurd metro-2B and 32 km Wadala-Ghatkopar-Mulund-Thane-Kasarvadavali corridor, PTI reported.
The two metro corridors are aimed at reducing overcrowding in suburban trains and relieving the city of its vehicular traffic woes, cited the news report quoting Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) as stating in its statement.
"Here's a glimpse of how the entire #MumbaiMetro Rail network would make life of lakhs of Mumbaikars better and bring ease in commutation," Fadnavis tweeted.
