As per mygov.in, October 7, 2021, is when PM Modi completes 20 years of governance, as the Chief Minister of Gujarat and the Prime Minister of the Republic of India combined. Given the immense contribution of the Prime Minister to nation-building, the period from September 17 to October 7 is being observed as Seva Aur Samarpan: 20 years of Good Governance.

On this occasion, MyGovIndia has posted a series of tweets regarding the achievements of the country across various sectors. In one of its tweets from the official Twitter handle, it said, "India exports 9 vehicles per minute. #20YearsOfSevaSamarpan."

According to the official website of Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) at siam.in, the automobile export trends for 2020-21 are as follows:

Passenger Vehicles - 404,400

Commercial Vehicles - 50,334

Three Wheelers - 392,941

Two Wheelers - 3,277,724

Quadricycle - 3,529

The grand total stands at 4,128,928.

However, as per siam.in, in April-March 2021, overall automobile exports declined by (-)13.05 per cent.  The passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, three wheelers and two wheelers' exports also declined by (-) 38.92 per cent, (-) 16.64 per cent, (-) 21.67 per cent, and (-) 6.87 per cent, respectively.
