The Har Ghar Tiranga abhiyan is aimed at instilling the feeling of patriotism in the hearts of people and to promote awareness about the Indian national flag.
Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, abhiyan: The government has started the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign or abhiyan as a part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to mark the 75th year of India's Independence.
The government has urged citizens to proudly hoist the Tricolour at their homes from August 13 to 15 and upload pictures on harghartiranga.com under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign.
In a bid to increase the participation, the government has allowed companies to spend their CSR funds for activities related to the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. "Spending of CSR funds for the activities related to this campaign such as mass scale production and supply of the national flag, outreach and amplification efforts and other related activities are eligible CSR activities," the Corporate Affairs Ministry said in a circular, according to a PTI report.

Step 3: Enter the name and mobile number. You may also continue with your Google account.
Step 4: Allow your location access to harghartiranga.com.
Step 5: Pin a Flag in your location.
Step 6: After the successful pin, you will receive a certificate. Download the certificate.
Citizens can get featured on the website by pinning a flag in a hotspot location. The government will also issue a certificate to those taking part in the campaign. A total of 2888508 flags have been pinned so far.
