Gully Boy Box Office collection day 6: Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer Gully Boy is grossing strong at the box office as the film has so far collected Rs 88.2 crore nett in India. Directed by Zoya Akhtar, the film was released on February 14 and had collected Rs 18.7 crore on opening day. Film critic and trade analyst Sumit Kadel told zeebiz.com that the film has earned Rs 7.1 crore on Tuesday.

Kadel said that the film's business will witness a sharp decline in its collection after the release of Total Dhamaal. "Total Dhamaal makers are eyeing to release the film on 3200-3500 screens across India. It will replace Gully Boy not only from the majority of the single screens but also from the multiplexes," said Kadel.

Kadel said that the film is expected to earn Rs 6 crore on Wednesday and Rs 4.5 crore on Thursday. "From Friday onwards, Gully Boy's collection will decline further and may be on the Rs 2 to Rs 4 crore range," said Kadel. 

Kadel further said that the film is a HIT. 

Earlier, film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh has said that the film has earned Rs 81.1 crore till Monday and may hit Rs 100 crore club by Thursday. Adarsh also said that the film has done well in the overseas markets as well. "#GullyBoy is superb #Overseas... Collects $ 4.8 million+ [Rs 34.31 cr] in its opening weekend... If Gully Boys overseas box office collection is clubbed with its nett collection in India, the film's earning stands around Rs 122.51 crore.
