GST Registration: Revocation application rejected? Do this to sort it

You can file the application for revocation again if the cause of rejections is one of these reasons:
1) Your revocation application for registration is rejected by the tax officer on or before 12th June 2020.
2) You have not filed revocation application within 30 days of cancellation of GST registration.
3) You have filed an online/offline appeal for revocation of GST and order is not yet passed with regards to it.
To file a new application, all you need is to login to GST portal – www.gst.gov.in
Once you login into the portal go to Services Registration Application for revocation.
In case you want to apply for new registration visit the website - https://reg.gst.gov.in/registration/. On the landing page, fill information as per the requirements. You will be required to give details pertaining to fields like ‘I am a’, ‘State/UT’, ‘District’, Legal name of business as mentioned in your PAN, email address and mobile number. Proceed as per the instructions.
Under the present GST regime, every individual or company that supplies goods and services has to register under Goods and Service Tax (GST). So, if you run a business with an annual turnover that is in excess of Rs 20 lakh (in all Indian states, other than north-eastern states) then you will have to register with GSTN (Goods and Service Tax Network).
