Good News! IndiGo to start services in Surat from August

The largest carrier Interglobe Aviation (Indigo) in terms of market share, has planned new flight services, and this one turns out to be a good news for Gujarat citizens and travelers. Now you can plan your trip to Surat without any hesitation. IndiGo is going to start new flight services from Surat soon. Budget passenger IndiGo on Friday said that it will commence flight services to Gujarat’s Surat from August.

It is being said that the services may start in the third week of August. The airline announced that the flights will start from August 16, 2018.

The airline is likely to connect Surat with seven destinations in India. It includes Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Goa. This flight is going to ease the traveling for regular travelers from different states.

Flights price from Delhi to Surat starts from Rs 1,999 and now available for booking on official site of IndiGo. Flights from Surat to Jaipur and Jaipur to Surat are only operational on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Flights from Bengaluru to Surat and Surat to Bengaluru will not be operational on Tuesdays. Flight fare for these flights starts from Rs 3,836.

IndiGo is continuously trying to intensify its connectivity across the country. It started many services in past days and is planning to add more.

"To provide more enhanced connectivity across India, IndiGo will operate three new routes, including Jaipur-Varanasi, Jaipur-Guwahati, and Mumbai-Bagdogra. All new services start in August 2018," the airline said in a statement.

IndiGo operates in India’s domestic air travel market. Airline at present provides the flight to 52 destinations – 44 domestic and 8 international. The airline provides services to almost all the states of the country.
