Get DTC bus pass online at your home from Oct 25
Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) is all set launch its new online bus pass facility from October 25, 2018, to provide better services to those who commute through DTC buses. The travellers will now be able to purchase general passes of DTC through online mode.
Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) is all set launch its new online bus pass facility from October 25, 2018, to provide better services to those who commute through DTC buses. The travellers will now be able to purchase general passes of DTC through online mode.
According to reports, Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot will launch the scheme. DTC's general passes will now be come under online system , a senior officer of Delhi government told NBT. Notably, the service was expected to be launched in July, but it has been delayed by more than 3 months.
The passes will reportedly be available through a link on the Delhi govt's website. Users will have to apply for the bus pass online and the pass will be sent through speed post to them within five days after online payment.

The service is now limited to general passes only, and rest of other concessional passes will reportedly be available through old system.
Concessional passes for student and senior citizens includes verification of certain papers which will come within online system in next round of the plan, said the official, adding that it will be available on DTC counter as earlier.
