Delhi is all set to host the 18th G20 Summit on September 9 and 10 at the Bharat Mandapam Convention Centre near Rajghat. In the wake of the upcoming two-day event, the Delhi administration has taken every measure to ensure a smooth functioning of all activities. With the preparations being in the last stage and security measures being heightened ahead of the arrival of guests and delegates, Delhi Police and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) are also working on their parts to regulate traffic movement across the city. While certain restrictions have been imposed on travelling via road, the DMRC has also levied certain rules for metro travelling.
Recalling its earlier order on the closure of several metro stations in the national capital, DMRC has now revised that metro services will be only affected at the Supreme Court station, while trains on other routes will function normally.
