EPFO Assistant Phase-I result 2019 declared: The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India has released the Assistants Phase-I result 2019. The candidates, who have appeared for the EPFO Assistant Phase-I examination, can check their outcome through the official website ie. www.epfindia.gov.in. The EPFO had conducted the Phase-I examination for Direct Recruitment to the post of Assistants (Assistant Section Officer) on July 31, 2019 to fill up 280 vacancies. 

Phase-I : A number of questions answered correctly by a candidate in each Objective Test is considered for arriving at the Correct Score after applying a penalty for the wrong answer marked by the candidate one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question has been deducted from those obtained.

Phase-II : Examination for the post of Assistants (Assista Section Officer) is likely to be conducted on November 7, 2019. The marks obtained by the candidates in Phase - II will be considered for final selection. For each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of one-fourth of the mark assigned to that question.

Around 3049 candidates have been shortlisted for Phase-II (Main) examination on the basis of their performance in Phase-I examination

Steps to check the EPFO Assistant Phase-I Result 2019:

1. Candidates need to visit the website ie. www.epfindia.gov.in

2. On the home page select option Miscellaneous 

3. From the drop-down list select the option  Recruitment 

4. Select the first option which read, " List of candidates Short Listed for the Phase-II Examination for recruitment to the post of Assistants. (Assistant Section Officer)"

5. Click on PDF, your list of candidates Short-Listed for the Phase-II Examination will be displayed on the screen
