Indian MNC constructs Ram Temple, yields 62% return in a year with 23 billion dollar investment
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the rituals, following which the shrine will be opened to the public a day later.
In less than 24 hours, the highly anticipated consecration of the Ram Mandir is set to take place. The groundbreaking ceremony for the Ram temple, located in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, took place in 2020, marking the commencement of its construction. The esteemed engineering and construction group, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), proudly announced its role in designing and constructing the magnificent temple, as per the directives of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust.
L&T, a prominent multinational corporation with a business presence in over 50 countries, specializes in engineering, procuremenzt, and construction (EPC) projects, high-tech manufacturing, and services. SN Subramanian, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Larsen & Turbo, expressed gratitude to the government for entrusting them with the responsibility to design and build the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple.
The company's shares have demonstrated a remarkable return of 62.86 percent over the past year, reflecting its robust performance. With a business spanning diverse sectors, L&T remains a significant player in the global market.
The eagerly awaited inauguration of the Ram Temple is scheduled for Monday, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi participating in the rituals. Subsequently, the temple will be open to the public, marking a historic moment.
Spread across a sprawling 70-acre campus, the Ram Mandir boasts a design inspired by the ancient Nagara style of architecture. Standing at a height of 161.75 feet, with a length of 380 feet and a width of 249.5 feet, the three-story temple features five pavilions, including the main shikhara, dance pavilion, color pavilion, esoteric pavilion, kirtan pavilion, and prayer pavilion.
