Earthquake Today In Delhi: A low intensity earthquake measuring 2.8 on the Richter scale hit national capital Delhi on Thursday morning. The Ministry of Earth Sciences' National Centre for Seismology has said that the earthquake in Delhi struct at 9.17 AM today and its epicenter was in West Delhi. The center also reported that there was neither any damage done to the public property nor any casualty was reported. However, people rushed out into the open in panic in some places.

Informing about the earthquake today in Delhi the Ministry of Earth Sciences`s National Centre for Seismology said, "A low intensity earthquake measuring 2.8 on the Richter scale hit the national capital on Thursday morning. With a depth of 15 kilometres, the earthquake today in Delhi had the epicenter near West Delhi and it struck at 9.17 AM." The center went on to add that no casualties or damage to properties have been reported so far.
