Dream Girl box office collection: Even as the Ayushmann Khurrana film enters the second week, the movie's earnings remain strong at the box office. Audiences are flocking to theatres to watch the movie.  After opening to Rs 10.05 crore on the first day at the box office, the film co-produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor has been consistent at the ticket window. This is Ekta Kapoor's second movie to enter the coveted Rs 100-crore club after Ek Villain in 2014. This is also Ayushmann's second movie to achieve this mark after Badhaai Ho, which was a great success at the box office.

With a collection of Rs 11.05 crore on Sunday, the movie has so far raked in Rs 97.65 crore and counting. The movie's collection on Saturday too was quite good at Rs 9.10 crore. The film is expected to cross the Rs 100-crore mark by today.

The film directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa revolves around a male actor who plays female roles in local drama, and the situation turns dramatic after the man, Ayushmann Khurrana, takes up a job at a "hotline" and men started liking the voice. Besides Ayushmann Khurrana, the movie cast actors like  Nushrat Bharucha in the lead female role, Annu Kapoor, Manjot Singh, Vijay Raaz, Abhishek Banerjee, Raj Bhansali, and Pushp Rajesh Sharma are in other roles.
