DRDO RAC recruitment 2019: 7th CPC pay scale! Earn Rs 56,100, 290 vacancies up for grabs

DRDO RAC recruitment 2019: DRDO Recruitment and Assessment Center has issued a recruitment notification inviting applications for Executive Engineer and Scientist B posts. There are a total of 290 posts open for recruitment. The application process begins from August 10 and the last date for submission of online application is August 31, 2019. The candidates should go through the official notification before applying for the posts to have the information about fee, qualifications, vacancy details, age limit, pay scale, etc. 

They have to follow the instructions given in the official notification to apply for the posts. The applicants should make sure that they have all the requisite educational qualifications and experience for these positions. They should visit the official website of DRDO RAC - rac.gov.in.

Educational qualification: 
Computer Science & Engineering: The candidates should hold a first-class Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from any recognised university or institute.   The applicants must have a valid GATE score in Electronics & Communication Engineering or 80 percent aggregate marks in electronic engineering degree from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) or National Institute of Technology (NIT). For GAETEC posts, this option is not applicable.

Mechanical Engineering: The candidates should hold a first class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from any recognised university or institute. The applicants must should have a valid GATE score in mechanical engineering or 80 percent aggregate marks in Electronics engineering degree from an IIT or NIT. For GAETEC posts, this option is not applicable.

Computer Science & Engineering: The candidates should hold a first class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from any recognised university or institute. The applicants must have a valid GATE score in Computer Science & Information Technology ot 80% aggregate marks in EQ degree from an IIT or NIT.

Chemical Engineering: The candidates should hold a first class Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from any recognised university or institute. They should have a valid GATE score in chemical engineering.

Chemistry: The applicants should hold a first class Master’s Degree in Chemistry from any recognised university or institute. They should have a valid GATE score in Chemistry.

Pay Scale: 
Level‐10 pay scale under the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (Rs 56,100).
