Dhadak box office collection: Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter starrer Dhadak is having a good run at the box office. After it was released on July 20, the movie has earned Rs 19.75 crore India business. Despite starring newcomers, the film has seen significant growth in viewership on Saturday. It earned Rs 8.71 crore on Friday and jumped into double figures on Saturday at Rs. 11.04 crore .
Dhadak film also was in the news as Janhvi is daughter of Sridevi. Dhadak is a Hindi remake of Marathi film Sairat, which was a rs 100 cr film. Analysts expect the movie's earnings may further go up and soon may touch Rs 50 crore. The film, which is a story of Parthavi Singh (Janhvi Kapoor) and Madhukar Bagla (Ishaan Khatter), who belong to different castes, is directed by Shashank Khaitan. When Parthavi's family discovers their love affair, the couple is forced to elope. However, it remains to be seen whether the movie can make the kind of buzz Sairat created.

However, Dhadak collection is feeling the inch of rival movies in cinemas right now. While Ranbir KApoor's successful Sanju movie is one, teh ohers are Ant-Man And The Wasp, which has collected Rs 27 crore and Soorma, which has earned Rs 21.21 crore in week one.
