The Delhi Disaster Management Authority has taken the decision in keeping the view of improvement in the COVID-19 situation.
The meeting was headed by Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal in which the decision to reopen schools has been postponed for the next meeting, officials said.
According to them, government offices have been permitted to reopen with 50% of their employees.
The restaurants and pubs to reopen with 50% seating capacity, while academic institution will remain closed for now.
The government has allowed wedding ceremonies in open places with a maximum of 200 people and up to 50% capacity in indoor locations.
Only 20 people have been allowed to attend these events at home so far.
The weekday night curfew of 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. will be maintained.
According to the officials, the meeting also resolved tight enforcement and strengthened Covid's acceptable behavior and other rules in order to reduce the number of instances.
