Delhi Metro Timings on 8 March, 2023, Delhi Metro timings on Holi: Delhi Metro timings will be affected on March 8, Wednesday, on the occasion of Holi. According to Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), the metro service will be available partially.
Delhi Metro trains services will not be available in the morning on Holi, Wednesday 8. Services on all the lines, including on Airport Express Line, will not be available.
According to DMRC, Delhi Metro trains services will begin at 2:30 PM on all lines of the metro including the Rapid Metro or Airport Express Line.
DMRC on Monday tweeted, "On the day of the 'Holi' festival, i.e., 8th March, 2023 (Wednesday), Metro services will not be available till 14.30 hrs (2:30 PM) on all lines of Delhi Metro including Rapid Metro/Airport Express Line."
"Metro train services will thus start at 14.30 Hrs (2:30 PM) from terminal stations on all lines on 08th March and will continue normally thereafter. In addition, Metro Feeder bus services will also resume." DMRC's tweet further said.

Currently, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) handles the operations and maintenance of over 390 km of network, comprising 286 metro stations, including the Rapid Metro in Gurugram and Aqua Line in Greater Noida.
Meanwhile, Delhi Police has also issued guidelines for Holi celebrations. The police stressed that strict actions would be taken against drunk driving. Delhi Police also added elaborate security arrangements are being made and random checking will be conducted to deal with traffic violations.
“On the day of the Holi festival, adequate deployment of the police force will be done as per requirements. As Holi gives a message of the triumph of good over evil we want all Delhi residents to be safe, and clean during Holi,” SS Yadav, Special CP Traffic said, an ANI report read.
