Delhi Metro recruitment 2018: If you are looking for an Indian Railways job in , then good days have arrived for you, as the Delhi Metro (DMRC) has extended it's deadline for submission of application form for recruiting a total of 1896 posts.
Delhi Metro recruitment drive is applicable various posts. They are:
- Regular Executive- 49 Posts
- Regular Non-Executive Posts- 1523 Posts
- Executive Posts on Contract Basis for 4 years- 92 Posts
- Non- Executive Posts on Contract Basis for 4 years- 232 Post
Online registration for the recruitment has already commenced from January 27, 2018 and is extended up till March 12, 2018 before midnight.
For the Regular Executive Category Posts, the age of the candidate must be between 18 years to 28 years as on 01.01.2018 which means not born earlier than 02.01.1990 and not later than 01.01.2000 for all the posts.
Pay scale for Regular executuve category posts is from is Rs 20, 600 to Rs 46, 500.
Candidates must be GATE Qualified in the year 2017, should hold a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in B. E/ B. Tech in Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, IT, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation and Control, Instrumentation and Control Engineering from a recognized Government Institute/ University with a valid GATE Score.
The selected candidates both Regular and Contract will undergo a training process before getting posted in the Job.
Selected candidates (for regular posts) appointed will be on a probation period of two years (includes training period).
Here's how you can apply online for the DMRC Recruitment 2018 post in 10 easy steps.
1 Visit the official website of DMRC- delhimetrorail.com and click on the Careers Link.
2 Open the recruitment notification titled <Title No.>
3 Before filling the application for, the candidate has to go through the instructions carefully
4 After the successful completion of the registration, an application sequence number and password will be generated. The user ID and the password will be received on your mobile number and e-mail ID.
5 Fill in the application form with personal details, qualification details etc.
6 The candidates have to upload the following scanned copies of:
- recent passport size photograph (JPG/JPEG Format, size limit- 80 Kb)
- scanned signature (80 KB max, JPEG/JPG Format)
- Category/ Caste Certificate (1 MB max size, JPG/JPEG Format)
- Date of Birth Proof Document as per guidelines (1 MB max size, JPG/JPEG Format)
- Qualifying Marks Certificate/ Last Semester Marks Sheet (1 MB max size, JPEG/JPG Format)
7 Make the payment online through Debit/ Credit card or Net Banking.
8 Read the declaration and preview the application form before the final submission and then take the print out of the application form.
9 After the successful payment, an acknowledgment slip is generated. This consists an application number, transaction ID, applicant’s name, exam fee and post fee applied for. This can be used for future reference.
10 Until and unless the payment is not done, the candidate will not be registered for the Delhi Metro recruitment test.
