Delhi: Kalindi Kunj, Mathura Road blocked for traffic; Take this route while coming from Noida

Delhi Traffic Police Advisory: The road number 13A between Kalindi Kunj to Mathura Road has been blocked for traffic. The Delhi Police has issued a traffic advisory in this regard for the commuters taking this route while coming from Noida to Delhi and Vise Versa. The Delhi Police traffic advisory has suggested the commuters to use DND or Akshardham route to commute without any hassle.

The Delhi Traffic Police issued an advisory for the commuters through its official twitter handle citing, "Road No. 13A between Mathura Road and Kalindi Kunj is closed for traffic movement. People coming from Noida are advised to take DND or Akshardham to reach Delhi." The Delhi Police traffic advisory has also suggested the commuters from Kirbie Place to Dhaula Kuan citing, "Obstruction in traffic in the carriageway from Kirby Place towards Dhaula Kuan due to breakdown of a Cluster Bus no. DL1PD0865 at Raj Rif. Center. Motorists heading towards Dhaula Kuan from Kirby Place are requested to take Brar Square as an alternative route." They said that the advisory is issued because of the ongoing underpass work taking place between the Dhaula Kuan to AIIMS route.

The Delhi Police has also advised commuters to avoid Vikas Marg due to ongoing protest in this route. It has advised commuters to take other route citing, "Traffic movement is closed on Vikas Marg due to demonstration. Kindly avoid the stretch." It also said that the traffic movement is closed from Rail Bhawan to Dr. Rajendra Prasad Rd (both carriageways) due to demonstration/procession.
