Debt fundraising crosses Rs 77,000 crore on BSE
The stock exchange said, "BSE platforms for bond issuances have been a preferred choice for companies to raise Debt Capital in India."
Companies have garnered Rs 77,955 crore crore from debt instrument via private placement on BSE platforms.
The stock exchange said, "BSE platforms for bond issuances have been a preferred choice for companies to raise Debt Capital in India."
In this fiscal year (FY17), a total of Rs 77,955 crore have been raised from 35 issuers using BSE Debt platforms.
On 1st July 2016, BSE had launched the platform for Electronic Book Mechanism “BSE BOND” for issuance of debt securities on private placement basis.
