It has to be noted that as many as 12,57,603 children between the age group 15 and 18 have registered so far on the CoWIN platform, as per an ANI report.
News agency ANI tweeted from its official Twitter handle about the vaccination of those between 15 to 18 years. The tweet said, "COVID-19 vaccination starts for children aged 15-18 years in Dr RML Hospital, Delhi "I got my vaccination registration done online yesterday. Apart from the vaccination, we need to be extra careful & alert for our own safety," says a teenager."

Those between 15 and 18 years of age must note that the registration process. They need to follow some simple steps which are as follows:
Step 1: Login to www.cowin.gov.in
Step 2: Register using your mobile number
Step 3: Next the person has to enter the details as mentioned in a government approved photo ID card such as aadhaar card
Step 4: One then needs to schedule the vaccination appointment at the centre of one's choice
Step 5: One then needs to check the confirmation details sent on the registered mobile number
Step 6: One must note the fact that on the day of the vaccination appointment, one must reach the vaccination centre on time with the appointment slip and photo ID card which was used at the time of registration
It must also be noted that the appointments can be booked online or on-site (walk-in) as well.
As per the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, India recorded 33,750 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours. Furthermore, 145.68 crore vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive.
