Covid-19: Delhi, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu among emerging states of concern, says Joint Secretary Lav Agarwal

Amid the rising number of Coronavirus cases, Government has flagged concerns in certain states and states like Maharashtra, West Bengal, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, and Gujarat have emerged as states of concern, an ANI report said quoting Lav Agarwal, Joint Secretary, Health Ministry.
The Home Testing kit production capacity is currently at 1.2 cr per week. Besides this the testing kits are also adequately available. For all people contracting the virus, 7-day home quarantine is mandatory while instructions to wear masks.

There is no immediate requirement of test in case of persons being asymptomatic.
