Shops no longer have to follow odd-even curbs. The decision was made in a meeting chaired by Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal.
A cap of 200 people will also be imposed on wedding festivals in the capital by the DDMA.
In addition, the bars and restaurants have been instructed to operate with 50 per cent of their capacity.
The DDMA also directed officials to ensure strict enforcement of Covid-19 protocols like wearing masks and following social distancing.
Besides, government offices will also be opened now but with 50 per cent capacity.
According to a PTI report, the discussion on the re-opening of schools will be taken up in the next Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) meeting, and till then, the educational institutes will remain closed.
The COVID-19 night curfew in Delhi will continue between 11 pm, and 5 am from Monday.
People who are exempted from the night curfew
Patients, pregnant women, people shopping for essential items, and those travelling to and from railway stations, bus stops, and airports will be exempted from the curfew, which kicks in at 11 pm on Monday due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in Delhi.
DDMA said the restrictions would be in place from 11 pm to 5 am until further notice.
According to the DDMA order, government officials involved in emergency services, judges and judicial officers, medical personnel and media persons will be exempted from the curfew.
People wanting to get vaccinated must produce a valid identity card and proof of appointment.
Students and candidates appearing in recruitment examinations will be allowed too if they produce valid documents.
With valid tickets, people going to or returning from railway stations, bus stops, and airports will be exempted.
