CBSE Class 12th XII Result 2017 on May 28 today; find out what time, how to check, other details
CBSE Class 12th Result 2017 will be announced on Sunday May 28, 2017 anytime before 12 noon and can be checked on CBSE's website.
CBSE Class 12th Result 2017 was scheduled to be announced on May 24, 2017 but Delhi High Court, a day earlier, said that CBSE will have to continue with its grace marks policy.
This delayed the results as CBSE had to go through the CBSE Class 12th Results 2017 to include grace marks for students.
Human Resources and Development (HRD) Minister Prakash Javdekar also met CBSE officials last week to assess the situation.
Following Delhi High Court's ruling on Tuesday May 23, 2017, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) delayed CBSE Class 12th Results 2017 by a few days.
Delhi High Court has asked CBSE to continue to follow its moderation policy of giving grace marks to students for difficult questions.
In April, CBSE said that it will do away with its policy of giving grace marks to students with immediate effect.
Now, because of this Delhi High Court order, CBSE will have to redo a major part of its evaluation process for CBSE Classs 12th exam results for 2017.
Nearly 11 lakh students sat for the exams earlier this year.
