CBSE class 12th result 2020: The CBSE 12th class results have been declared on board’s official website - cbseresults.nic.in. The result is also available on results.gov.in and cbse.nic.in. The board had announced the date officially. Last month, CBSE had told Supreme Court that the result will be out by July 15. However, this year the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) won’t declare the merit list.

“Coming up with a merit list makes no sense as the results are being calculated on the basis of an evaluation method due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic”, a senior board official had stated.

CBSE class 10th, 12th result 2020: List of websites 

The CBSE 12th class results have been declared on board’s official website - cbseresults.nic.in. The result is also available on results.gov.in and cbse.nic.in.

CBSE Class 12th result: Pass Percentage and Stats

CBSE said that it has recorded increase of 5.38 pc in pass percentage in class 12 exams. Also, girls outshone boys in CBSE class 12 examination as they recorded 5.96 pc higher pass percentage than boys.

Moreover, CBSE class 12 results of 400 students could not be computed as per decided assessment scheme; to be announced later, CBSE confirmed. As far as the pass percentage is concerned, Trivandrum region recorded highest pass percentage at 97.67 while Patna region records lowest pass percentage at 74.57.

Apart from this, DigiLocker will intimate students of their marksheet and pass certificate once it is sent by the CBSE. Alerts will be sent to the mobile number with which the account has been created.

CBSE class 10th, 12th result: How to check 

Step 1: Login to the official website– cbseresults.nic.in or cbse.nic.in

Step 2: Enter your exam details like roll number and date of birth.

Step 3: Check your CBSE Board results for classes 10th and 12th.

CBSE class 10th, 12th result: On Google 

CBSE hasn’t made any announcements in this regard as of now. Last year, the board had made arrangements so that students can download their results from Google.

CBSE class 10th, 12th result: Evaluation method 

For students who appeared in all exams for class 10 and class 12, the results will be declared based on their performance in the examinations. For students who have appeared in the examinations in more than 3 subjects, the average of the marks obtained in the best three performing subjects will be awarded in the subjects whose examinations have not been conducted.
