If your wife wants to see your salary slip, then you have to show it, according to a judgement by Bench at Gwalior of High Court of Madhya Pradesh. According to the Gwalior bench, seeing husband's salary slip is not violation of privacy.
The matter came before the Bench at Gwalior of High Court of Madhya Pradesh as a husband was denying monthly amount of Rs 18,000 to wife and children. The wife then reached High Court of Madhya Pradesh with details but refused to show salary slip citing Constitution of India.
After hearing the matter, the Bench at Gwalior of High Court of Madhya Pradesh ruled that husband has to show salary slip to wife and it doesn't violate privacy.
