According to the source, the MSP of Kharif crops for the year 2022-23 may increase by 5 to 20%.
After the decision of the cabinet, there will be an increase in the MSP of Kharif crops i.e. paddy, and soybean, said the source. At the same time, the cabinet has also approved the proposal to increase the MSP of maize.
