Budget 2022: Nirmala Sitharaman, the Union Minister of Finance, will present this year's Union Budget on February 1, 2022, at 11 AM. 

In the coming fiscal year, budget 2022 will set the tone for the government's economic policies.

Each year, the central government holds a budget session in the Parliament, where a host of decisions pertaining to the country's economic growth, and its economy at large, are made. 

The Finance Minister presents the Union Budget of that fiscal on Budget day. Nirmala Sitharaman, finance minister of the Narendra Modi government, will table her fourth Budget in Parliament this year in the Lok sabha.
