In this regard the Market Guru has been talking to captains of commerce and listing out details of their Budget expectations. Today Singhvi spoke to Manish Bhatnagar, Managing Director, SKF India. Bhatnagar said that the automobile sector is expecting two big announcements from FM Nirmala Sitharaman - announcement on the scrappage policy for automotive component and for industry perspective focus on infrastructure sector.

When Anil Singhvi asked Manish Bhatnagar to share his expectations, he replied, "From automotive perspective, the FM should announce the scrappage policy at least for the commercial vehicles as any further delay will hit the sector dearly."

On industry perspective, Bhatnagar told Singhvi that expectations are again on two fronts — infrastructure investment and infrastructure capex. He said that entire automobile industry is awaiting some big announcement from the Finance Minister on infrastructure sector inviting big investments as it would enable government to create new jobs and income opportunities for the industry.
On 'Vocal for Local', Manish Bhatnagar said, "Vocal for local is a good initiative but to make it successful, there is a need to announce some measures that will help India to match the ease of doing business environment of China."
