BSNL Onam Freedom Offer: Find out what is missing

State-run telco, BSNL has launched a new Onam Freedom Offer plan for its existing customers during Onam this year, in order to attract more customers. The plan which is only valid for the prepaid users will provide extra talk time value on their recharge.

However, this Onam Freedom Offer doesn't come with data benefits. The telco will be selling this offer under three prices of Rs 220, Rs 550 and Rs 1,100 where the users can enjoy the benefit of Rs 250, Rs 650 and Rs 1,350 talk time. The offer will start from August 17 and will be valid till August 23.

Some of the other offers launched by BSNL in recent times include a top-up of Rs 260 which provides the users with full talk value along with extensive caller tune selection. The telco is also offering  Rs 29 STV recharge which will allow the users to get unlimited calls and data along with 100 free SMSes per day for four days validity. With the Rs 9 combo, STV offer comes the unlimited call and data and 100SMSes for a single day. 2GB is the FUP data on both these STVs, and these plans are up for subscription till August 25.

Another prepaid plan of Rs 27, which ships 1GB data per day along with unlimited calling and 300SMS benefits for seven days has been introduced by BSNL recently. This plan is active in all the circles where BSNL operates.
