Bihar Police Constable Admit Card 2018 out, but exam cancelled; lakhs of candidates suffer
Bihar Police Admit Card: The Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment) said in a notice that the exam for posts notified under the advertisement 02/2018 dated 25.05.2018 has been cancelled.
Bihar Police constable admit card 2018: Have you applied for Bihar Police Constable exam and have already downloaded the admit card? Then there is bad news for lakhs of candidates like you. The Central Selection Board of Constable has cancelled the examination scheduled to be held on November 25 and December 2.
The Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment) said in a notice that the exam for posts notified under the advertisement 02/2018 dated 25.05.2018 has been cancelled following an order from Director General of Police, Bihar. The advertisement had notified 9,900 posts of constable, and 1,965 posts of the fireman in Bihar Fire Service. The DG Police, Bihar has requested for the cancellation of the exam on November 9.
"The exams scheduled in two shifts on 25.11.2018 (Sunday) and in one shift on 02.12.2018 (Sunday) is being cancelled thereafter," read the notice.
The application form to fill up 11,865 vacancies was available from May 28 to June 30. The department has released the admit card for the exam on November 1, 2018.
However, there is no clarification over the reason of cancellation of the exam. Those candidates who have filled the form should keep a check on the official website regularly for any update.
