Big Bull and billionaire Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and his wife Rekha Jhunjhunwala have bought 1.59 per cent share each in Dishman Carbogen Amcis company. The news came to light in the latest exchange filing by the firm where it was reported that Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and Rekha Jhunjhunwala separately bought 1.59 per cent shares each in the company in the June quarter.
After buying 1.59 per cent shares in the company, both husband and wife now hold 2.5 lakh shares each in the company - the husband-wife duo have 5 lakh shares of the company. Both now hold 3.18 per cent voting rights in the company as well, the company reported in its exchange filing.

As per the data available with the BSE, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala now holds 1.19 per cent shares in Edelweiss Financial Services company too. As per the latest exchange filing by the Edelweiss Financial Services, it has been reported that Rakesh Jhunjhunwla holds 1.19 per cent share in the company. That means Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has raised his investment in the company in April to June 2020 quarter. His shareholding in the company in the March 2020 quarter was at 1.04 per cent. Jhunjhunwala raised his investment in the company by 0.15 per cent in the June quarter.
