BIG ACTION! 13 builders including Tata, Godrej face over Rs 3 cr penalty by Noida Authority - See full list of real estate companies with fine amount

Noida Authority has taken a big action against 13 big builders in Noida including Tata and Godrej. As per the information, 13 builders were illegally placing unipoles and hoardings in their premises without prior permission, on which Noida Authority has imposed a penalty of Rs 3,18,24,000 (three crore eighteen lakh twenty four thousand).

The Noida Authority was continuously receiving complaints against the builders regarding putting up of posters, banners or hoardings for the promotion of property illegally.

Taking action on these complaints, the Authority got the inspection done in Noida Sector 150.

Here is the list of agencies with the penalty amount imposed on them:

2. M/s ATS Homekraft- Rs 54,00,000

3. M/s ATS Infrastructure- Rs 90,00,000

4. M/s Godrej Palm Retreat- Rs 37,50,000

5. M/s Gulshan Botnia- Rs 2,40,000

6. M/s Mahagun- Rs 5,04,000

7. M/s Prateek Canary- Rs 16,80,000

8. M/s Samridhi Luxury Avenue- Rs 4,80,000

9. M/s SKA Orion- Rs 2,40,000

10. M/s Tata Value Homes- Rs 43,20,000

11. M/s Tribeca City Center- Rs 5,70,000

12. M/s Alpha Residences- Rs 21,60,000

13. M/s Godrej Nest- Rs 28,80,000
