PGT: The candidates should hold a Master's Degree and a B.Ed with at least 2 years of experience.
Principal: For the position, the candidates should hold a Master's Degree (preferably First Class) with B.Ed OR M.Ed from any recognised universities. The person should hold at least 10 years experience as PGT at a recognised college/High School OR should have worked as Principal/Vice-Principal/Head Master with at least five years of experience in a reputed Public School/Sainik School/Military School.

Age limit:
For the position of Principal, the candidates be more than 40 years of age, which is relaxable for suitable candidates.
