Anushka Sharma, Virat Kohli announce pregnancy; expecting first child in January 2021

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, who are one of the most talked-about Indian couple, are all set to be proud parents. The pregnancy announcement was made on Thursday morning, when they also confirmed that they are expecting their first child in January, 2021. The couple posted an adorable image separately from their social media accounts with a caption that confirmed the news.  

In the photo, Anushka can be seen flaunting her baby bump. "And then, we were three! Arriving Jan 2021," Anushka tweeted alongside the picture of the couple. 

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli tied the knot in Italy in December 2017. It was a close-knit affair with family and friends and the couple later hosted two lavish wedding receptions in Delhi and Mumbai. 

On the work front, Anushka was last seen in the 2018 film Zero alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. She recently bankrolled web content like Paatal Lok and Bulbbul. 

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli has flown to Dubai with the Royal Challengers Bangalore side to take part in the Indian Premier League, which starts September 19. RCB is one of the handful sides yet to win an IPL title.
