Amid neutral global markets, positive foreign institutional investors (FIIs), futures & options (F&O), sentiment and negative domestic institutional investors (DIIs), cues, the short-term trend of the Indian stock markets will be positive on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.

Key domestic indices on Friday, November 27, 2020, fell marginally even as global stocks were up. Sensex declined 110 points or 0.25 per cent to settle at 44,150. The NSE Nifty-50 index also fell 18 points or 0.14 per cent to settle at 12,969. However, Bank Nifty rose 59.30 points, or 0.2 per cent, to settle at 29,609.05.

The broader market at BSE outperformed the Sensex as the BSE Mid-Cap index surged 1.91 per cent while the BSE Small-Cap index zoomed 2.4 per cent.

Zee Business’s Managing Editor Anil Singhvi’s Market Strategy for December 1: 

Day support zone on Nifty is 12,850-12,935 and day higher zone is 13,050-13,150. 

Day support zone on Bank Nifty is 29,050-29,250 and day higher zone is 29,900-30,150.

The Small day range for trading on Nifty is 12,935-13,000, while the medium and bigger ranges are 12,875-13,050 and 12,825-13,150, respectively. 

The Small day range for trading on Bank Nifty is 29,350-29,750, while the medium and bigger ranges are 29,200-29,900 and 29,050-30,150, respectively.

FIIs Index long overbought at 82% Vs 77%, Alert at a higher level.

PCR at 1.28 Vs 1.48, Comfortable. Buying expected at a lower level.

VIX down by 1% to 19.82.

For Existing Long Positions:

Nifty intraday stop loss is 12,900 and closing stop loss is 12,850.

Bank Nifty intraday stop loss is 29,350 and closing stop loss is 29,200.

For Existing Short Positions:

Nifty intraday and closing stop loss are 13,050.

Bank Nifty intraday and closing stop loss are 29,800.

For New Positions:

Buy Nifty in 12,875-12,935 range with a stop loss of 12,800 and target 12,975, 13,025, 13,050, 13,075, 13,125, 13,150. 

Sell Nifty in 13,050-13,150 range with a stop loss of 13,200 and target 13,000, 12,975, 12,935, 12,875.

For New Positions:

Buy Bank Nifty in 29,050-29,250 range with a stop loss of 28,800 and target 29,350, 29,550, 29,625, 29,750, 29,900. 

Sell Bank Nifty in 30,000-30,150 range with a stop loss of 30,300 and target 29,850, 29,750, 29,625, 29,550.

Aggressive traders can sell in 29,750-29,825 range with strict stop loss of 29,900 and target 29,625, 29,550, 29,400, 29,250.
