Allahabad HC Recruitment 2018: Applications are invited from the fresh law graduates for 95 posts of Law Clerks (Trainee) on contractual engagement for one year in the High Court of Judicature in Allahabad. These trainees will be given a fixed honorarium of Rs. 12500 per month. The last date for submission of application forms is 30 July, 2018.  The application forms are available at the counters at Allahabad High Court and it's Lucknow Bench. Application forms can also be downloaded from the website of High Court, Allahabad.

Essential Qualifications:
1. The candidates must hold 3 years Professional/Five Years Integrated Degree in Law from any Law College or recognised University in the country with 55% marks.
Those who have appeared in LL.B. (Final Year) in 2017-18 Examination and are awaiting results may also apply. They have to submit their final mark sheet of LL.B. Examination at the time of interview, which may be held in the first week of August, 2018.
2. Proficiency in handling basic computer applications is also required.

Selection Procedure:
Selection will be on the basis of the interview only, which will be held only at Allahabad. 
The successful candidates will work with Hon'ble Judges sitting at Allahabad and Lucknow Bench, Lucknow and will discharge duties under directions of Their Lordships. Lhe Law Clerk (Trainee) will be required to carry out search and research on legal points and principles as desired by the Judge.
