AIIMS Recruitment 2018: Nursing Officer Recruitment Exam Postponed; from salary to eligibility, all details here

AIIMS Recruitment 2018: The Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) postponed Nursing Officer Recruitment Exam 2018 till further notice due to Assembly Elections in Rajasthan and Telangana. The recruitment examination was earlier scheduled to be held on 7th December 2018. The candidates should go through the fresh notification. AIIMS earlier issued notification for the recruitment of 2000 Nursing Officer (Staff Nurse-Grade-II) Group ‘B’ at AIIMS Bhopal, AIIMS Jodhpur, AIIMS Patna and AIIMS Raipur. Pay Scale will be as per the Level 7 of the Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-2). Selected candidates will be eligible to receive a monthly salary of Rs.9300-34800  and Grade pay of Rs. 4600. 

However, the candidates can register till October 29, 2018 on aiimsexams.org. AIIMs will issue fresh exam dates later. The revised date of Recruitment Examination will be announced along with the Scheme of Examination, the notification said.

AIIMS Bhopal (Nursing Officer): 600
AIIMS Jodhpur(Nursing Officer): 600
AIIMS Patna (Nursing Officer): 500
AIIMS Raipur (Nursing Officer):300

Eligibility Criteria:
The candidates should be registered Nurse/Midwife in the State/Indian Nursing Council and have B.Sc (Hons) Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing or B.Sc. (Post-Certificate)/Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery. They should have two years post qualification experience in a 50 bedded hospital.

Application Fee:
For General/OBC candidates, fee is Rs.1500, while for SC/ST candidates it is Rs.1200.

Selection Process:
The candidates will be selected on the basis of a Computer Based Test (CBT).
