AIIMS recruitment 2018: All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi has invited interested candidates to apply for 90  government jobs in various departments. AIIMS, Delhi has released an employment recruitment notification for the recruitment of Sr. Biochemist, Blood Transfusion Officer, Scientist, Assistant Blood Transfusion Officer, Tutor and Other Vacancies. Eligible candidates can visit the official website, which is aiimsexams.org and go through the recruitment notification and apply for the posts. Age limit for application: Minimum 18 years and maximum age is 50 years.

Age Relaxation will be applicable to the Reserved Category candidates as per the Government Norms, according to the website.

The Educational Qualifications for various posts
Group- “A” Posts
Sr. Biochemist Officer: Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry with seven years of Practical Experience in the Biochemical/Clinical Pathology Laboratory of a Medical College or Hospital.
candidates applying for this post must know the use of sophisticated instruments such as Analysors, Spectrophotometers, Flame Photometers etc.

Blood Transfusion Officer: Applicants should have recognized Medical Qualification from a recognized University/Institution with 5 years of experience in Blood Bank work after registration as a Medical Graduate. candidates must also be registered with a State Medical Council.

Scientist-II: A Ph. D Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institute is a must for the candidates.

Assistant Blood Transfusion Officer: A Recognized Medical Qualification from a recognized Medical University with two years of experience Blood Bank Work after registration as a Medical Graduate and also should be registered with a State Medical Council.

Tutor in Nursing: B. Sc Nursing Degree from a recognized University or Registered Nurse and Midwife, with sister Tutors Diploma and three years of experience in a Teaching Institution.

Scientist-I: Candidates applying for this post must have an M.SC  M. Sc First Class in a relevant discipline. Preferences will be given to those candidates who are possessing Ph. D in a relevant area.

Clinical Psychologist/ Psychologist: Applicants must have a Masters Degree in Psychology with Experimental Psychology as one of the subjects in Diploma in Medical (Clinical) Psychology. A Ph. D Degree in Clinical Psychology of any recognized University is also required with experience in Teaching Psychology in a Recognized Teaching Institution.

Group- “D” Officers:
Assistant Administrative Officer: Degree/ Post Graduate Degree in a relevant discipline with five Years of Experience as Office Superintendent and working knowledge at Government Rules and Organization. The candidate should also have a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/ Labour Laws/ Administrative Laws.

Transplant Co-coordinator: Graduate in the field of medicine or Nurse or Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in any subject- Social Work/ Psychiatry/ Sociology or Social Sciences or Public Health. Candidate applying for this post should also have past Experience of Working in Transplant or Retrieval Hospital/ Centre or Experience in ICU Management.

Medical Social Service Officer Grade II: Masters Degree in Social Work and Experience in Welfare or Health Agency preferably dealing with Medical/ Public Health Service. He/ she must also have an experience in Medical Social Work including psychiatric services.

Jr. Engineer (Civil): Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic/ Institute with past experience in Civil Engineering Work

Jr. Engineer (Electrical): Candidates should have three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering and past experience in Electrical Engineering Work.

Opthalmic Technician Grade-I: B. Sc in Opthalmic Techniques from a recognized University/Institute.

Jr. Psychotherapist/ Occupational Therapist: Degree in Psychotherapy/ Occupational Theory.

Technical Assistant (ENT): B. Sc Degree in Speech and Hearing from a recognized University/ Institute with past Clinical Experience in Hospital

Fire Safety Officer: A Degree in Science from a recognized University/ Institute. Applicant must also have three years of experience in Fire Fighting in Civil/Defense Fire Service Organization with a minimum physical standard.

Assistant Dietician: M. Sc in Food and Nutrition from a Recognized University/ Institution and two years of experience in a large teaching hospital.

Technician- Radiotherapy Grade-II: B. Sc in Radio Therapy Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with two years of experience in operating the Radio Therapy Equipments or Diploma in Radio therapy (2 years course)

Technician (CWS): A Degree in Mechanical/ Refrigeration and Air Conditioning from a recognized University/ Institute or a Diploma Certificate (not less than 3 years) with five years of experience in Fabrication, Repair and Maintenance of Laboratory Instruments.

Social Psychologist: Masters Degree in Psychology with 5 years of working experience with Physically Handicapped in a Rehabilitation Centre.

Life Guard: Matriculation from a recognized Board with a swimming Training Certificate from a recognized Institute with two years experience in the line of this profession.

Physical Training Instructor: Intermediate from a recognized University, Diploma in a Physical Training Center and one year Experience as Physical Training Instructor or Bachelor of Physical Education from a recognized Board/ University with one year experience as Physical Training Instructor in a Teaching Institution.

Technician (Radiology): B. Sc (Hons.) in Radiography or B. Sc in Radiography from a recognized University.
