It has been claimed that the kit will act as a protective shield in the fight against corona. The government is set to distribute 10,000 of these kits to the children for free on November 2, 2021 on the occasion of National Ayurveda Day.

These kits will prove to be immunity boosters for children up to 16 years of age. AIIA The Ministry of AYUSH says the kit will help fight corona infection and increase children's immunity.

What is in this kit?
The kit includes molecule oil, sitopladi, an Ayurvedic tonic and a syrup made from tulsi, giloy, cinnamon, mulathi and dried grapes. The regular intake of this kit increases the immunity among the children.

It must be noted that the kit has been made under strict guidelines of the Ministry of AYUSH. It has been built by Indian Medicines Pharmaceutical Corporation Limited (IMPCL), a Government of India undertaking, at its plant in Uttarakhand.

So far, there is no COVID-19 vaccine available for children in India , so child protection kits can prove important keeping in mind the health of children.

The children often face difficulty taking decoctions and pills. Since the brew is bitter, children find it difficult to take it, so a decoction syrup has been prepared which also contains some other medicines to prevent cold and cough.
