Massive changes have taken place in the ace investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala’s portfolio, as he continues to remove money one-by-one from his 'once favorite' stocks. Interestingly, Jhunjhunwala has reduced his holding in his latest investment during December 2018 (Q3FY19) quarter, which is very surprising and does raise many eyebrows to whether one should also stay invested in the stock. Fortis Healthcare has lost some love of Jhunjhunwala. Fortis along with SpiceJet were two newly added stocks in Jhunjhunwala’s portfolio during September 2018 quarter. While SpiceJet is yet to announce its shareholding pattern, but Fortis public holding reveals the big bull’s exit.
Fortis Healthcare, in fact, has seen the biggest cut by Jhunjhunwala so far as compared to other stocks which also saw similar sentiments from the bull investor. Jhunjhunwala has cut his holding by 0.75% in Fortis. With this, now he holds about 1.66% stake in Fortis with 12,500,000 equity shares worth Rs 169.4 crore.

Should you invest in Fortis?
Analysts at Edelweiss Securities have given a Buy Call on Fortis with a price target of Rs 141 ahead. On the company’s Q3FY19, they added, “We expect the top line to grow 5% YoY after recording four continuous quarters of decline—hospital business to grow at 4% YoY and SRL at 8%. This will be accompanied by EBITDAC growth of 8% YoY on a weak base and return to 70% occupancy.”
