Step 1: Visit the official website of UIDAI-https://uidai.gov.in/
Step 2: Choose the option 'Aadhaar services' present on the page.
Step 3: Choose the option 'Verify Aadhaar'
Step 4: Enter 12-digit unique Aadhaar number
Step 5: Now enter the security code
Step 6: Then click on 'Submit'
Step 7: The page will display details of your Aadhaar card if it exists once you the online form.

Many Aadhaar cards are deactivated by the UIDAI due to non-linking of PAN card with Aadhaar, not providing complete details, or inaccurate details etc. Here is how you can check if your Aadhaar is deactivated or not:
Step 1: Visit the official website of UIDAI-https://uidai.gov.in/
Step 2: Click 'Verify Aadhaar Number' under the 'Aadhaar Services' tab on the homepage
Step 3: Verify your Aadhaar by entering the 12-digit Aadhaar number and the security code
Step 4: Click on 'Verify' to know if your Aadhaar card is valid or deactivated. If it shows a green tick, your Aadhaar card has not been deactivated by UIDAI.
