Aadhaar authority UIDAI through its official Twitter handle @UIDAI has an important message for Aadhaar users with respect to their children. UIDAI says your child's Aadhaar requires a mandatory biometric update at age 5 years and again at age 15 years. "Remember to take your child to nearby Aadhaar Kendra for the mandatory biometric update at age 5 years and again at age 15 years. This is important to keep your child's data updated and makes it easy for the child to use Aadhaar when required," Aadhaar tweeted.
