7th pay commission salary linked jobs are available in this ITBP Recruitment 2018 drive for constables posts. Those who want a career working for the government and get a good pay packet should apply immediately. Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has invited applications to fill up Non-Gazetted and Non-Ministerial posts of Constable (Telecom) in Group C on a temporary basis through its notifications for these vacant posts. The selected candidates will get their salary as per the 7th pay commission recommendations, said the notification. The online application process that began from October 29 will be over on November 27, 2018. Interested candidates should apply directly to the official ITBP website: www.recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in, as offline applications will not be entertained.
Of the total number of 218 vacancies, 33 positions have been reserved for female candidates while 185 posts are reserved for male candidates. Selected candidates are likely to be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. The candidates will have to undergo basic training and other courses as prescribed in the Force. Those who are interested should check educational qualification, age limit, pay scale, application fees, and other details related to selection process.

As far as eligibility is concerned, candidate should have a 10th Class pass / Matriculation degree from a recognised Board or equivalent.
On age limit front, candidates' minimum age limit is 18 years and their maximum age should not exceed 23 years as on November 27, 2018.
Those wanting to apply for these Non-Gazetted and Non-Ministerial posts of Constable (Telecom) in Group C should know that the application fee for male candidates from Unreserved Category and OBC category is Rs 100, while female candidates are exempted from application fees.
Ex-servicemen and SC, ST category candidates who qualify the PET (Physical Efficiency Test) and (Physical Standard Test) PST will have to appear for a written exam. After the written test, a merit list will be drawn on the basis of total marks earned by each candidate.
Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), which was raised on October 24, 1962 is presently deployed on border guarding duties from Karakoram Pass in Ladakh to Jachep La in Arunachal Pradesh covering 3488 km of India-China Border and manning Border Outposts on altitudes ranging from 9000' to 18700' in the Western, Middle and Eastern Sector of the Indo-China Border.
