7th pay commission news today:  The Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) has announced a big opportunity for eligible candidates. The multi-disciplinary research centre has announced vacancies for the positions of Assistant Security Officer and Security Guard on its official website. The interested and eligible candidates can apply for the post through the official website. Interestingly, they will get the pay scale according to 7th CPC. In addition, to pay, the posts carry usual allowances are also offered to the selected candidates.

7th pay commission pay scale:
For Assistant Security Officer, the candidates will be offered pay scale as per 7th pay commission, LEVEL 6 (Rs. 35400 + allowances as admissible under Central Government Rules.)

For Security Guard, the candidates will be offered pay scale as per 7th pay commission, LEVEL 1 (Rs. 18000 + allowances as admissible under Central Government Rules.)

Vacancy Details:
BARC has notified a total of 92 posts out of which 19 post (SC-08, ST-02, OBC-03, UR-05, EWS-01) are for Assistant Security Officer and 73 posts for Security Guard (SC-15, ST-06, OBC-20, UR-26, EWS-06) respectively.

Educational Qualification:
For the post of Assistant Security Officer, the candidates need to have graduation from a recognized University. For Ex-Servicemen, Ex-Police and Ex-Central Para-Military Personnel, it is Graduate.

For the post of Security Guard, candidates need to have Xth Standard pass. For Ex-Servicemen, Ex-Police and Ex-Central Para Military Personnel Xth Standard pass or equivalent Central Para Military Personnel Xth Standard pass or equivalent certificate from Armed Forces.

Age limit:
Candidate applying for the post should be between the age limit of 18- 27 years.

Also, age relaxation is available category-wise (UR- 27 years, OBC- 30 years and SC/ST- 32 years) as on the last date of receipt of application.
