7th Pay Commission: Know these teachers salaries, DA, HRA and EPF contributions according to their posting zones
7th Pay Commission: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) had invited applications to fill up vacant positions of Principal, Vice Principal, Post Graduate Teachers, Trained Graduate Teachers, Librarian, and other posts.
7th Pay Commission: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD), has announced the KV Result 2019 for the recruitment of PGT, TGT, and Primary Teacher (PRT). The salary of these positions will be according to the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) had invited applications to fill up vacant positions of Principal, Vice Principal, Post Graduate Teachers, Trained Graduate Teachers, Librarian, and other posts. All these candidates who have been shortlisted for the further round will have to take the KVS interview session.
The 7th pay Commission salaries for these posts
1. Principal (Group A) will get a salary of Rs 78,800 - Rs 2,09,200, pay level- 12, DA at 7%, HRA at 24% along with
EPF contributions, according to the KVS rules.
2. Vice Principal (Group A) will a salary of Rs 56,100 - Rs 1,77,500, pay level: 12, DA at 7%, HRA at 24% along with EPF Contributions, according to the KVS rules.
3. PGT's (Group B) Post Graduate Teacher will get Pay scale of Rs 47,600 - Rs 1,51,100, pay level-8, DA at 7%, HRA at 24% along with EPF contributions, according to KVS rules.
4. TGT's (Group B) Trained Graduate Teacher will get pay scale of Rs 44,900 - Rs 1,42,400, pay level-7, DA at 7%, HRA at 24% along with EPF contributions, according to the KVS rules.
5. Librarian (Group B) will get pay scale of Rs 44,900 - Rs 1,42,400, pay level-7, DA at 7%, HRA at 24% along with EPF contributions, according to the KVS rules.
6. PRT's (Group B) Primary Teacher will get pay scale of Rs 35,400 - Rs 1,12,400, pay level-6, DA at 7%, HRA at 24% along with EPF contributions, according to the KVS rules.
Notably, Kendriya Vidyalaya is a co-educational school which is run by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous organization, under the Union Ministry of Human Resources Development. In terms of educational environment or its high standard quality management and teachers, KVS is stated to be a world class organization.
Established in November, 1962, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan currently has 1067 functional schools, including 3 abroad in Kathmandu, Tehran and Moscow.

The results belong to the posts declared for the different zones across the country:
1. Central zone includes Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh
2. North Zone includes Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab and Uttarakhand
3. East Zone includes West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Sikkim
4. West zone includes Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Daman and Diu, along with Dadar Nagar and Haveli
5. South zone includes Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Telangana, Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar
6. North east zone includes Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, and Nagaland
