7th Pay Commission Latest News: Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) is inviting applications for filling the positions of Laboratory Attendants. Total number of vacancies are 5 and the candidates selected will be placed on a deputation basis. The posts have been advertised in the Employment News (22-28 February 2020).

The vacancies are in Group C, non-gazetted and non-ministerial category.

The advertisement has been issued by the Directorate of Forensic Science Services, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. All the posts are for Ramanthapur Hyderabad.

Payscale as per the 7th Pay Commission (7th CPC): The pay scale for the posts is in the pay band PB-1 of the 7th Pay Commission. The pay scale will be between Rs 5200 and Rs 20200 along with grade pay of Rs 1800/.

Eligibility criteria

-- Holding Analogous post on regular basis or

-- With four years of regular service in Level 1 (in the scale of Pay Band PB- 1 Rs 5200 and Rs 20200 along with grade pay of Rs 1800/) and

-- Possessing the requisite qualification as stated below:
*8th class pass from a recognised school with good knowledge of reading and writing in English and Hindi.
* Experience of working in photo/chemical/electronic laboratory

Period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately proceeding this appointment in the same or some other organisation/department of Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
